Carol Bryant, CRS, GRI, CRP - Principal Broker / Owner / Relocation Specialist
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Carol Bryant has been a licensed Realtor and Broker since 1975. She is a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute and one of only a select few Certified Relocation Professionals in the Lexington area. Carol is a member of the Kentucky and National Association of Realtors, the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, and the Executive Relocation Council. As a member of the Lexington Board of Realtors, she has served on numerous committees, Professional Standards Committee, in addition to being past Chairperson on the Education Committee, a member of the Broker’s Education Task Force, and the MLS Farm Committee. Currently she is serving on the MLS committee.
Carol is married to Rick Bryant and they have 2 adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. She is a long-time member and past Elder and Deacon at the Maxwell Street Presbyterian Church. Carol enjoys playing golf and rooting for the Kentucky Wildcats!
Brenda Winkler CRS, GRI, ABR, CNHS - Associate Broker / Relocation Specialist / New Home Sales Consultant
Brenda Winkler has been with Horse Capital Realty for more than 20 years! Brenda is member of LBAR and KREC. She is an active volunteer for the American Diabetes Association and was a chairperson for the St. Jude Foundation "Dream Home Giveaway" and a volunteer for Lexington's Living Arts and Science Center. Brenda not only helps her clients sell and buy homes, she also makes certain that all details are in place from staging to the perfect feature sheet at open-houses.
Brenda is married to Matt Winkler and lives in Lexington. She also attends Southland Christian Church.
Eric Bryant - Realtor
Eric Bryant is a Lexington, KY native and a gradute of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He joined Horse Capital Realty in 2016. Eric is married to Amanda Bryant and they have a daughter, Lily, and Son, Boone (plus dogs, a cat, and a horse). He is an avid golfer and Kentucky Wildcats fan!
